A huge thank you to everyone who helped make the 2026 Highland Bulldogs Hockey Club Golf Scramble a success! A special thank you to all of the golf teams who stuck it out through the four-hour rain delay and still came back out to finish the day. Your patience, good spirits, and support meant a lot to us! We are also incredibly grateful to all of our sponsors, volunteers, donors, and everyone who helped make this event possible. Your support makes the Golf Scramble one of our club’s biggest fundraisers and helps us continue providing a great hockey experience for our players. Thank you for supporting Highland Bulldogs Hockey and for helping make this year’s Golf Scramble a great event!  We look forward to seeing you next July for the 28th Annual HBHC Golf Scramble!

The Highland Bulldogs Varsity season has come to an end after a hard-fought 2nd round playoff series against Triad. Our JV season also concluded following a competitive and spirited series against Edwardsville North JV. While the final scores didn’t fall our way, the effort, resilience, and pride these players showed all season long represent what Highland hockey is about. These teams battled every shift, competed with integrity, and represented our school and community the right way. We want to extend our sincere appreciation to: Our Coaches – for the countless hours of preparation, leadership, and mentorship you provide our players on and off the ice. Our Parents – for the travel, time commitment, and constant encouragement throughout the season. Our Volunteers – from fundraising to game-day operations and everything behind the scenes, your time, effort, and reliability make this program possible. Every contribution matters, and we are grateful for all of you.  Our Highland Fans and Students – your energy, packed student sections, and unwavering support at our games made a difference all season long. What makes Highland hockey special isn’t just what happens during three periods — it’s the community behind it. The commitment, sacrifice, and pride from so many people are what truly power this program. We’re proud of our players. We’re proud of our program. And we’re already looking forward to next season. Due to recent events and out of an abundance of caution for player health and safety, MVCHA has updated the schedule for the Highland–Triad Varsity playoff series. New Schedule: Game 1 2/9 – 9:00 PM East Alton Ice Arena Game 2 2/12 – 8:15 PM  RP Lumber Center Game 3 (if necessary) 2/16 – Time TBD TBD There is no game tonight, Febuary 10, 2026 . We appreciate everyone’s understanding and support as player safety remains the top priority.

The Highland Bulldogs JV team advanced to the second round of the playoffs with a 4–2 win over Triad in a one-game first-round playoff on January 31 . The Bulldogs will now face Edwardsville North in a best-of-three series , beginning tonight. Round 2 — Best of 3 Game 1 Saturday, February 1 7:15 PM RP Lumber Center Game 2 Friday, February 7 8:00 PM East Alton Ice Arena Game 3 (if necessary) Friday, February 21 5:15 PM  Granite City Ice Rink Come out and support the Bulldogs as JV looks to continue its playoff run. Highland Bulldogs Varsity Hockey has earned the #1 seed in the MVCHA 1A Playoff Bracket and received a first-round bye .  The Bulldogs will face the winner of the Collinsville Varsity vs. Triad Varsity best-of-three series in the 2nd Round .
